Cloudanians are great because of how we think. It’s true.
We know HOW to tackle challenges and handle change. We see all kinds of challenges coming and we turn them into even more interesting ones if necessary. We all are true creatives! Oh yes. We identify real needs and work out insights that guide us in the rest of the process. We do great facilitated idea generation sessions. They involve everyone because the best ideas come from a yes-mode, a lot of ideas and collaboration. An important part of being a generous team player and effective creative is to learn to let go of limitations, boundaries and to see solutions where others see obstacles.

Constructive feedback is one of the most important communication tools for us Cloudanians. To receive feedback on our attitude or behavior helps us to grow as individuals and professionals. We actively invite and expect others to help us reaching our true potential. We are convinced that each and every one of us is responsible for our own experience and behaviour. Conflicts are always challenging - but they are a natural part of reaching a higher stage of efficiency, uncompromised creativity - quality and profitability. Big words, all fact.

Cloudanians are great because of how we work. Play hard - work hard.
Our energizers are methods that help you find and feel the positive energy, and be here and now - in the moment. It is necessary to have a playful mind and a relaxed body to be a great creative. We believe that energizers are important tools to get out of our comfort zones. We actively ask of ourselves to try out new things to become reflected and experienced multitalented individuals. An important part of this is to play games and dance - literally grab and take the on challenges. Shall we dance?

  • Charades - It’s a classic. You do the acting, they’ll do the guessing.
